Question: What is GameSaver?

Answer: As a GameSaver member, you get a simple and easy way to purchase games at a discount price. The GameSaver membership is a monthly membership that allows you to redeem a game at a reduced rate each month. In addition, you may also purchase more games throughout the month at your membership rate.

Question: What levels are available in the GameSaver program?

Answer: $6.95 per month, entitling you to one game each month for a minimum for 12 months and all additional downloadable games at your program price of $6.95. $7.95 per month, entitling you to one game each month for a minimum for 6 months and all additional downloadable games at your program price of $7.95. $9.95 per month, entitling you to one game each month for a minimum for 2 months and all additional downloadable games at your program price of $9.95.

Question: How does it work?

Answer: For each month of your membership, you will receive one monthly game of your choice to redeem. We'll e-mail you each month to remind you to choose your game. Your monthly game will remain available for 2 months before it expires. When your membership expires or is cancelled, any monthly game available but not yet redeemed, will also expire after 60 days upon the date they were made available for redemption. As long as you�re enrolled in the GameSaver program, you can also purchase additional downloadable games at your discounted program price.

Question: How do I redeem my monthly game?

Answer: To redeem your monthly game, please click on the BUY FULL VERSION link. The next page will display the GameSaver options available as well as the login button. Please click on the LOG IN link; you will then be able to redeem your monthly game for the month.

Question: How do I sign up?

Answer: You can sign up by simply selecting any game and clicking on the �buy now� link. During checkout, you will have an option to purchase the game at full price or to become a GameSaver member. Choose a GameSaver membership option and start saving right away!

Question: Can I order a CD with my game?

Answer: CD purchases are not available through the GameSaver program at this time.

Question: How do I cancel my account?

Answer: You may cancel your GameSaver membership any time by logging in to your account and clicking here.
Please note that if you cancel your membership before you have paid for the minimum number of months in your commitment, you will be charged for the remaining months on your membership. For every month you are charged, you receive a monthly game to your account. All monthly games must be redeemed within 60 days, after which they are lost.

Question: If I cancel, do I keep the games?

Answer: Yes. All downloaded games you purchase are yours to keep, even after cancellation.

Question: If I cancel, can I still purchase games at my membership price?

Answer: No, the discounted price is a benefit for active members only.

Question: Am I still a member of the GameSaver program after my commitment is over?

Answer: Yes. You will remain a GameSaver member until you decide to cancel. After your commitment is over, there are no more minimums to satisfy. You will continue to be charged the applicable monthly membership fee and receive one monthly game each month to redeem. You may also continue to take advantage of your discounted membership purchase price for all other games listed at $19.95 or less.

Question: What should I do if I forget my password?

Answer: Please make sure to click on "forgot password" during checkout to reset your password.

Question: Can I give my monthly GameSaver game to someone else as a gift?

Answer: No. GameSaver games and monthly games cannot be given as a gift.

Question: Why didn�t I receive a reminder email regarding my monthly game?

Answer: Please check your spam filters as well be sure to unblock the GameSaver email address or add it to your contact list: GameSaver@oberon-media.com.
